Ammo Paradise

Ammo Paradise is a start-up company desiring to establish an online e-commerce presence to sell approximately 100,000 products.

Custom Application Development

Tech by Paul is helping to combine product feeds from various suppliers and use the e-commerce platform's API to keep products and inventory levels current. The entire process is managed thru a custom portal application.

Some of the challenges we are helping to address are automating the constantly changing inventory levels and products that are being offered by the suppliers and mapping multiple vendor categories to the Ammo Paradise custom product categories. The ultimate goal is to have a completely automated product and inventory tracking system.

Benetti's Italia

Benetti's Italia manufactures premier Italian, custom designed furniture. Their collection of luxury sofas, couches, sectionals and chairs are handcrafted right here in the USA using the finest leather from Italy and select European countries.

Product Database

Benetti's needed a solution to help manage their products. Their database currently drives the website pages and the search engine capability. With 100's of products, each having various fabrics and finishes associated with it, the database is very important to keep track all of the product information and make it dynamically available to the website.

ColorMaker

Established in 1999, ColorMaker services the food, pet food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and nutraceutical industries with their technical expertise in using natural colors in these products.

Website Projects

After having been in business for over 12 years, ColorMaker decided that it was time for an updated web presence. The request was to build a custom corporate website that communicated the professional and clean working environment but also conveyed their colorful and playful culture. Tech by Paul built the colormaker.com custom website as our first project together.

Once ColorMaker decided to go in to the retail space, it was time to launch a new product called Color Garden. This site is aimed at a retail consumer wanting to purchase safe products for home baking. The request for a colorful and fun site that appeals to their target audience resulted in colorgarden.net.

Standard Portal: Analytics and Forms

The portal is used to monitor analytics information on the marketing efforts for both sites, as well as to capture submissions from their website forms. These form submissions are used as part of a workflow for responding to customer requests.

ColorMaker can receive, fill, and track product sample requests all within their portal. PDF documents that are made available to their visitors are tracked and reports within the portal allow ColorMaker to monitor which documents are being downloaded to get a good feeling for their client's interest level in this information.

Cristek

Cristek was founded in 1985 to serve the military and aerospace industries and their warfighters. Over 25 years later, Cristek boasts a diverse and experienced management team, over 100 employees and more than 56,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in Southern California and New England.

Marketing Materials and Website

Cristek was looking for a comprehensive marketing strategy that involved modernizing their printed catalogs and creating a updated look to their website that matched the new catalogs. We provided consistent branding for Cristek for web and print.

Custom Portal with Custom Applications

A custom portal was developed that allows Cristek's clients to login and view 3D Solid Model diagrams of the various components that Cristek manufactures. This provides secured access to these resources for Cristek's clients.

Custom applications have been developed to assist Cristek with managing and automating various business processes. Detailed project tracking tools have been developed to assist with KPI management, audit trails, reporting, and notifications.

Advanced E-Commerce

Created a store theme that matched the look of their website, they needed advanced features like links to download product spec sheets, tiered pricing, lead time configuration per product, flexible custom fields for product descriptions, cross-referenced data to 3-D solid model files, and the ability to have online orders integrate with their enterprise accounting system.

Monkey Problem

Complex Application Development

Monkey Problem is a Task Management/To-Do List application developed with LAMP technologies. Full PayPal IPN integration allows an automated registration, trial-period, recurring payment collection, and cancellation workflow.

The primary goal with this project was to setup a fully automated small business that could handle new clients with minimal overhead. We were successful in meeting this goal and have developed a useful application.

SalesArmory

Complex Application Development

SalesArmory has been in business since 2009 and offers a sales tool that assists mobile sales professionals by helping them qualify and prospect potential clients.

Tech by Paul built a complex application with C#, ASP.NET, and MS SQL server operating on an Amazon AWS Cloud deployment. To see the product in action, here's a video of a training session Paul gave to a group of Aflac associates at a CA state training facility.

Custom Portal Applications

This client needed a low-cost solution to allow their users to gain password protected access to a Portal where they could view a database of presenters and then schedule to have one of the presenters attend an event that they were a part of. We created a custom Portal application where they could maintain their presenter information, accept requests for certain presenters on certain dates, and then gather post-event feedback on the presenter.

Another project for this client was to automate the collection of RSVP's for certain events. The system was built to automatically create landing pages with event-specific details and then collect RSVP requests for the events. This information was then integrated into their SalesForce account so that RSVP details are automatically updated for each contact.

Standard Portal Applications

In addition to the custom applications we built for this client, they also rely on some of the standard built-in Portal applications to monitor their websites, track AdWord campaigns, manage task lists, etc.
